Mysoul mail iPhone Setup Process

1. Go to iPhone settings option.
2. Scroll down and tab Mail, Contacts and Calendars option.
3. Choose Add Account available below iCloud tag and tab other (Other option only if your mysoul.com.au email provider not mentioned here.
4. Choose Add Mail Account and enter the following details.
   

   Name: Your Name (What ever you want)
   Email: Your email address is your username
   Password: Your mysoul.com.au account password
   Description:
   

   Click Next Button

5. Choose POP under incoming mail server and enter the following details.
   

   Hostname: pop3.mysoul.com.au
   Username: Your email address is your username
   Password: Your mysoul.com.au account password

6. Enter following details under outgoing mail server.
   

   Hostname: mail.bigpond.com
   Username: Your email address is your username
   Password: Your mysoul.com.au account password
   

   Click Save Button

7. Go to settings > Your Mysoul account > Advanced and enter following details under incoming settings.
   

   Use SSL: None
   Authentication: Password
   Server Port: 110

8. Enter following details under outgoing settings.
   

   Use SSL: None
   Authentication: Password
   Server Port: 25

9. Congratulations, Now you can send and receive mysoul.com.au email on your iPhone device.
