Tim Email Setup for iPhone

Tim mail iPhone Setup Process

1. Go to iPhone settings option.
2. Scroll down and tab Mail, Contacts and Calendars option.
3. Choose Add Account available below iCloud tag and tab other (Other option only if your tim.it email provider not mentioned here.
4. Choose Add Mail Account and enter the following details.
   

   Name: Your Name (What ever you want)
   Email: Your username
   Password: Your tim.it account password
   Description: iBox
   

   Click Next Button

5. Choose IMAP under incoming mail server and enter the following details.
   

   Hostname: box.posta.tim.it
   Username: Your username
   Password: Your tim.it account password

6. Enter following details under outgoing mail server.
   

   Hostname: mail.posta.tim.it
   Username: Your username
   Password: Your tim.it account password
   

   Click Save Button

7. Go to settings > Your Tim account > Advanced and enter following details under incoming settings.
   

   Use SSL: None
   Authentication: Password
   Server Port: 143

8. Enter following details under outgoing settings.
   

   Use SSL: None
   Authentication: Password
   Server Port: 25

9. Congratulations, Now you can send and receive tim.it email on your iPhone device.
