Open Gmail AppOpen an email or Gmail app from your Android app list.

Add AccountIf you already have other email accounts in this app, go to the menu from the top 3 lines and tap settings. Click Add Account to add your Nhs mail settings.

Enter EmailSelect the other last option on the Set up email page, then enter your Nhs.net full email address and click the Manual Setup button located at the bottom.

Select ProtocolSelect the Personal (IMAP) account from the list and enter your Nhs email password.

Add Incoming Server Settings DetailUsername: Your Nhs email address is your username
Password: Your account password
IMAP server: IMAPMAIL1.NHS.NET
Security type: Yes
Port: 993
Click Next Button

Add Outgoing Server Settings DetailUsername: Your Nhs email address is your username
Password: Your account password
SMTP server: SMTP1.NHS.NET
Port: 465
Security type: Yes
Click Next Button

Nhs Account OptionsChoose an email check frequency (preferably every 15 minutes) or Leave it as is and press the next button.

Nhs Account NameGive your Nhs account name and your name, but this is an optional setting. Press Done.
