Me Email Setup for iPhone

Me mail iPhone Setup Process

1. Go to iPhone settings option.
2. Scroll down and tab Mail, Contacts and Calendars option.
3. Choose Add Account available below iCloud tag and tab other (Other option only if your me.com email provider not mentioned here.
4. Choose Add Mail Account and enter the following details.
   

   Name: Your Name (Whatever you want)
   Email: Your username
   Password: Your me.com account password
   Description: MobileMe
   

   Click Next Button

5. Choose IMAP under incoming mail server and enter the following details.
   

   Hostname: imap.mail.me.com (auto)
   Username: Your username
   Password: Your me.com account password

6. Enter the following details under outgoing mail server.
   

   Hostname: smtp.mail.me.com (auto)
   Username: Your username
   Password: Your me.com account password
   

   Click Save Button

7. Go to settings > Your Me account > Advanced and enter the following details under incoming settings.
   

   Use SSL: Yes
   Authentication: Password
   Server Port: 993

8. Enter the following details under outgoing settings.
   

   Use SSL: Yes
   Authentication: Password
   Server Port: 587

9. Congratulations, Now you can send and receive me.com email on your iPhone device.
