Mindspring mail iPhone Setup Process

1. Go to iPhone settings option.
2. Scroll down and tab Mail, Contacts and Calendars option.
3. Choose Add Account available below iCloud tag and tab other (Other option only if your mindspring.com email provider not mentioned here.
4. Choose Add Mail Account and enter the following details.
   

   Name: Your Name (Whatever you want)
   Email: Your username
   Password: Your mindspring.com account password
   Description: Earthlink
   

   Click Next Button

5. Choose IMAP under incoming mail server and enter the following details.
   

   Hostname: imap.mindspring.com
   Username: Your username
   Password: Your mindspring.com account password

6. Enter the following details under outgoing mail server.
   

   Hostname: smtpauth.earthlink.net
   Username: Your email address is your username
   Password: Your mindspring.com account password
   

   Click Save Button

7. Go to settings > Your Mindspring account > Advanced and enter the following details under incoming settings.
   

   Use SSL: None
   Authentication: Password
   Server Port: 143

8. Enter the following details under outgoing settings.
   

   Use SSL: None
   Authentication: Password
   Server Port: 587

9. Congratulations, Now you can send and receive mindspring.com email on your iPhone device.
