Add Sbcglobal Email to iPhone

Sbcglobal Setup Process for iPhone

  1. Go to iPhone settings option.
  2. Scroll down and tab Mail, Contacts and Calendars option.
  3. Choose Add Account available below iCloud tag and tab other (Other option only if your sbcglobal.net email provider not mentioned here.
  4. Choose Add Mail Account and enter.

    Name: Your Name (Whatever you want)
    Email: Your email address is your username
    Password: Your sbcglobal.net account password
    Description:

    Click Next Button

  5. Choose IMAP under incoming mail server and enter as follow.

    Hostname: imap.mail.att.net
    Username: Your email address is your username
    Password: Your sbcglobal.net account password

  6. Enter the following details under outgoing mail server.

    Hostname: smtp.mail.att.net
    Username: Your email address is your username
    Password: Your sbcglobal.net account password

    Click Save Button

  7. Go to settings > Your Sbcglobal account > Advanced and enter details under incoming settings.

    Use SSL: Yes
    Authentication: Password
    Server Port: 993

  8. Enter the following details under outgoing settings.

    Use SSL: Yes
    Authentication: Password
    Server Port: 465 or 587

  9. Congratulations, Now you can send and receive sbcglobal.net email on your iPhone device.
