Virginbroadband mail iPhone Setup Process

  1. Go to iPhone settings option.
  2. Scroll down and tab Mail (Calendar, Notes or Contacts) option.
  3. Tab Accounts
  4. Choose Add Account available below iCloud tag and tab other (Other option only if your virginbroadband.com.au email provider not mentioned here.
  5. Choose Add Mail Account and enter the following details.

    Name: Your Name (Whatever you want)
    Email: xxxx@virginbroadband.com.au
    Password: Your virginbroadband.com.au account password
    Description:

    Click Next Button

  6. Choose POP under incoming mail server and enter the following details.

    Hostname: mail.virginbroadband.com.au
    Username: xxxx@virginbroadband.com.au
    Password: Your virginbroadband.com.au account password

  7. Enter the following details under outgoing mail server.

    Hostname: mail.bigpond.com
    Username: xxxx@virginbroadband.com.au
    Password: Your virginbroadband.com.au account password

    Click Save Button

  8. Go to settings > Your Virginbroadband account > Advanced and enter the following details under incoming settings.

    Use SSL: None
    Authentication: Password
    Server Port: 110

  9. Enter the following details under outgoing settings.

    Use SSL: None
    Authentication: Password
    Server Port: 25

  10. Congratulations, Now you can send and receive virginbroadband.com.au email on your iPhone device.
